1) Ceremony Only

Perfect for elopements and traditional ceremonies. - Pre‑ceremony ambiance (20–30 min) - Processional(s) and recessional - Post‑ceremony music for photos/exit (up to 10–15 min) - Coordination with officiant and planner

2) Ceremony + Cocktail Hour

Our most popular option. - Everything in Ceremony Only - Plus 60–90 minutes of cocktail‑hour music while you greet guests and take photos

3) Ceremony + 3 Hours (Ceremony, Cocktail & Dinner)

• Seamless live music from guest arrival through dinner

• Ideal for micro‑receptions and intimate venues

4) Rehearsal Dinner / Welcome Party (2–3 hours)

• Warm, conversational background set to kick off the weekend

5) Elopement: Officiant + Guitar

• Intimate ceremonies for 2–30 guests

• Licensed officiant partner + live guitar for entrance, vows and exit

• Weekday‑friendly; simple, beautiful, stress‑free

6) À La Carte Time

• Add an extra hour anywhere in your timeline as needed (dinner, desserts, etc.)

  Clear, natural voice pickup; integrated into my PA. Handheld backup available.

• Final‑Hour Dance Party (DJ‑lite)
  Curated playlist through my sound system for an upbeat last hour. Includes your 1–2 special dances and tasteful announcements on request.

• Additional musician(s)
  Create a duo or trio: violin, cello, flute, second guitar, hand percussion/cajón, or handpan. Includes arranging and a brief rehearsal/sound check.

• Custom song arrangement for a singer
  I arrange/transpose your chosen song for a guest or the couple to sing; rehearsal track in advance and a short run‑through day‑of.

• Split‑location coverage
  Ceremony and cocktail hour in different areas? I provide a second compact setup so transitions stay seamless.

• Battery‑powered/remote ceremony setup
  For scenic locations without outlets (red rock overlooks, gardens, etc.).

• Toasts mic & small mixer
  For welcome speeches or blessings during cocktail hour or dinner.

• Livestream/recording audio feed
  Clean board feed for your videographer or phone stream.

• Early setup / extended standby / overtime
  For complex timelines or room flips.

• Travel beyond Sedona/Flagstaff
  Available statewide and by request in Northern California.

Friendly Details

• Every event is quoted individually based on date, venue access, guest count, locations, and selected add‑ons.

• Sunrise/sunset hikes, stairs/long walks, or special access requirements may include additional logistics.

• A retainer secures your date; remaining balance is typically due the week of the event.
